Baresi & Caine was founded by guitarist Caine Ward and sculptor Baresi. According to the company website, the brand’s design language was inspired by Roman architecture and luxury cars. While the year of its founding isn’t clear, the brand’s website appears to have been launched in 2021.
Roger Burnett
Former 500cc Grand Prix motorcycle racer Roger Burnett worked with Baresi & Caine to create the bespoke RB9 Sportivo, which notably features a 1-carat diamond crown. Their association was announced on July 9, 2024 on the brand’s Instagram page.

RC164 Stella
The RC164 Stella was announced as a collaboration with Honda to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Honda RC164 250cc Grand Prix motorcycle raced by Jim Redman in 1963. The officially licensed timepiece was limited to 60 pieces and features a period-appropriate Honda wing logo, an 18-carat white and yellow gold micro rotor, and sold on hondasix.com.
Sir Jack Brabham
Baresi & Caine worked with the Brabham family to announce the Stella BT19 on March 3, 2026. The special edition was based on the brand’s first model and commemorates the 60th anniversary of Sir Jack Brabham‘s 1966 Formula 1 World Championship and his title winning car, the Brabham BT19.
Defining features include a subdial inspired by the BT19’s rev counter, an 18ct gold REPCO logo, and an 18ct gold 60th anniversary rotor. Brabham’s name also features on the case back, along with “BT19”, “60th Anniversary”, and “Monza 66”. A total of 35 pieces were released.
