H. Moser & Cie was originally founded in 1828 by Swiss watchmaker Heinrich Moser in St. Petersburg, Russia. The company was split between the company’s Managing Directors after the death of Moser in 1874, with none of his heirs willing to run the business.
Relaunch as H. Moser & Cie
In 2002, Moser Schaffhausen AG was founded by Dr. Jürgen Lange and Roger Nicholas Balsiger, the great-grandson of Heinrich Moser, and H. Moser & Cie was officially re-launched in 2005 as a trademark of their company.
The brand has been owned by the Meylan family through the MELB Holding Group since 2012. It is also the parent company of HAUTLENCE.
Global Partner of Alpine Motorsports
At the start of 2024, H. Moser was announced as the first ever global partner of Alpine Motorsports. This includes replacing Bell & Ross as the watch sponsor of the BWT Alpine F1 Team, with drivers Pierre Gasly and Esteban Ocon sporting the Swiss timepieces in press photos. The H. Moser & Cie. Streamliner Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton Alpine Limited Edition (ref. 6811-1200) was announced in April, shortly followed by a Pink Livery edition at the 2024 Miami Grand Prix.
Partnership with Pierre Gasly
Further strengthening their ties with Formula 1, H. Moser also formed a partnership with an individual for the first time in company history through Pierre Gasly.

Jack Doohan
H. Moser released a short feature titled Jack Doohan: First Light on December 23, 2024. Doohan is a six-time Formula 2 race winner and the son of five-time 500cc motorcycle Grand Prix World Champion Mick Doohan. The younger Doohan was formally announced as a brand ambassador for H. Moser on March 11, 2025.
Streamliner Alpine Drivers and Mechanics Edition
H. Moser announced a pair of Alpine models on May 29, 2025: the Streamliner Alpine Drivers Edition and Streamliner Alpine Mechanics Edition, in a limited edition of 200 pairs.
Streamliner Tourbillon Pierre Gasly
Gasly’s first collaboration with H. Moser was announced on October 1, 2025. The Streamliner Tourbillon Pierre Gasly featured a Chocolate fumé dial, a color named by the French driver himself, a red gold case, and was released in two versions: A base model on a rubber strap (ref. 6805-0410) that was limited to 100 pieces, and on a red gold bracelet with a red rub set at 10 o’clock as a reference to Gasly’s racing number (ref. 6805-0411) and limited to 10 pieces.
Gasly also wore a custom helmet reflecting the ref. 6805-0411 dial at the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix.
Streamliner Alpine Drivers and Mechanics Pink Edition
A pink edition of the Streamliner Alpine Drivers and Mechanics models were announced on March 2, 2026 on the company’s social media account. The release was limited to 50 pairs.
