Robot is a Czech motorsports-inspired watch brand produced by Bohematic, which was founded in 2018 by Josef Zajíček. The brand’s motorsports theme originated by a shared passion in old racing cars, and their Minor line of timepieces is named after the 1949 Aero Minor Sport. The name Robot was inspired by Czech writer Karel Čapek’s usage of the word in association with hard work, after the Richemont Group requested a name change away from “Bohematic”.
Emerson Fittipaldi
The Robot Minor Emerson Fittipaldi Limited Edition was released in 2022 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Brazilian driver’s first Formula 1 World Championship in 1972. The black and gold dial takes inspiration from the John Player Special livery, and is hand-signed in gold ink by Fittipaldi himself. The second hand counterweight also features the world champion’s initials, and an illustration of the Lotus 72D appears on the exhibition case back which reveals a gold rotor underneath. Only 100 pieces were produced.

Additional Formula 1 Personalities?
In the August 2026 issue of WatchTime magazine (page 96), Zajíček stated his interest in pursuing further Formula 1 collaborations:
We definitely intend to continue in this direction and are currently approaching other major personalities from Formula 1 history. Thanks to my involvement in motorsport, we naturally have closer access to this world, so our customers can certainly look forward to future limited editions.
