Marc VDS was founded by Marc-Oswald van der Straten-Ponthoz, and based in Gosselies, Belgium. The team has previously competed in multiple car and motorcycle racing series, including MotoGP from 2015 to 2018.
Ange BardeWatches has also released a Marc VDS edition piece in 2025, with its marketing seemingly tied to the team’s Moto2 efforts.
