Ingeniuex was originally founded by Marco Mavilla in 2020 as Genius Watches. The brand has perhaps been best known for the Genius Genta, which was a mash-up of a Audemars Piguet Royal Oak and the Patek Philippe Nautilus. At some point in 2022 or 2023, Genius Watches was rebranded as Ingeniuex, and is currently based in Milan, Italy.
Mavilla is also known for founding ToyWatch in 2005.
Emerson Fittipaldi
The Ingenieux Fittipaldi was announced around November 20, 2025 by both the watch brand and Emerson Fittipaldi on their respective Instagram accounts. The official launch took place during Dubai Watch Week on November 22, 2025, in the Maison Luxe in Dubai Mall. The two-time Formula 1 world champion and his son Emerson Fittipaldi Jr. were present as special guests.
The gold and black chronograph was inspired by the Lotus 72, which Fittipaldi drove to his first world title.
