Tito Rabat

Esteve “Tito” Rabat Bergada (born May 25, 1989) is a Spanish motorcycle racer, the 2014 Moto2 World Champion, and full-time MotoGP rider from 2016 to 2020.

MotoGP Career

Rabat’s first two years in the premier class were on satellite Honda machinery with Marc VDS, who he also rode for in his Moto2 championship season. The Spanish rider joined Real Avintia in 2018, another former team from his 125cc and earlier Moto2 days. Rebranded as Esponsorama Racing for the 2020 season, the Madrid-based team opted to buy out the second year of Rabat’s contract. Left without a ride for 2021, Rabat was available to replace the injured Jorge Martin at Pramac Ducati for two rounds and earning a championship point for a 15th place finish at the French motorcycle Grand Prix.

Tissot

Tissot announced Rabat as a brand ambassador in 2015, fresh off his 2014 Moto2 title during what would be his final season in the intermediate class. The Swiss brand later released the T-Race Tito Rabat Limited Edition 2016, coinciding with his debut year in the MotoGP class. The chronograph had a limited run of 1,000 pieces.

Hublot

The Esponsorama Racing team was sponsored by Hublot in 2020, Rabat’s final full season in MotoGP. While the Hublot logo appeared on the Spanish rider’s leathers, no MotoGP edition models were released.
