Giancarlo Fisichella (born January 14, 1973) is an Italian racing driver who competed in Formula 1 from 1996 until 2009. He has driven for Minardi, Jordan, Benetton, Sauber, Renault, and Force India, with a total of three wins and 16 additional podium finishes.
Fisichella also had five F1 starts for Scuderia Ferrari in 2009 to replace the injured Felipe Massa, in what would turn out to be his final full season of Grand Prix racing.
Chronotech
Chronotech was a sponsor of the Renault F1 team in 2005 and 2006, when Fisichella was driving for the French team alongside Fernando Alonso. Special edition watches were issued to commemorate podiums and wins, and resulted in at least two timepieces with Fisichella’s name on the case back along with the name of the Grand Prix, date, and podium position.
